MUSIC CAMP

The Music Camp offers children a joyful and creative introduction to the world of music.
Through singing, rhythm, and instrumental exploration, students develop the foundational skills that support lifelong musical growth.

Basic melodic patterns are paired with age-appropriate rhythmic exercises to build note reading and sight-reading abilities — all within an atmosphere filled with the joy of singing and discovery. The camp is designed to ignite curiosity, strengthen listening skills, and nurture a lifelong appreciation for music.

Drumming

A rhythmic journey designed for beginners, developing and intermediate musicians.

• Experience a progressive path from simple beats to more complex rhythmic patterns.

• Learn to connect rhythm and melody using the musical staff and basic theory concepts.

• Participate in group drumming and singing, creating a collaborative ensemble experience that reinforces timing, teamwork, and creativity.

Singing

Vocal development in a fun, supportive environment.

• Explore and practice core vocal techniques that improve tonality, resonance, and articulation.

• Learn to sing on pitch and develop a confident, expressive voice.

• Build ensemble and harmony skills through group singing.

• Enjoy singing games for younger students and rounds or part-singing for more advanced participants.

Discovering Musical Instruments and Their Voices

• Through story and sound, discover the instruments of the orchestra.

• Develop the ability to identify instruments by their unique tone color (timbre).

• Explore how different sections of the orchestra work together to create rich and varied musical textures.
